A Hollywood Historic Redevelopment

1405 Hudson represented a challenge - add density around a home that was determined to be historic. We were able to thoughtfully configure 9 townhomes around the historic home, which itself was completely remodeled and converted to a duplex via ADU conversion. The result was a campus that mixes old and new, in a walkable context near Hollywood's largest employers and favored amenities.
