Leeor Maciborski
Partner
Leeor leads and oversees all new business activities, including acquisitions and dispositions, value-add programs, new construction, and overall strategic direction. He has managed the repositioning of hundreds of apartment units, as well as the entitlement and development of both rental and for-sale housing. Leeor is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Southern California. He has previously served on the board of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, and the planning committee for various Hollywood neighborhood councils.
Orly Maciborski
Partner
Orly oversees all operations and business plan implementation at ROM Residential. She manages and coordinates thousands of tenants, as well as the in-house construction team and compliance staff. Orly has been managing apartments for over three decades and has truly seen it all. Before moving to the United States, she worked for Israeli Chief of Staff Moshe Levi.
