Multifamily Apartment Building with 150 Units and 8 Bungalows

Designed by Steinberg Hart, our project on Carlton sits just behind Hollywood Blvd less than 400 feet from the metro station. By pinching and pulling the façade we were able to give almost every unit a unique view, from the Hollywood Hills to Downtown to Century City. The design intends to maximize resident interactions through a series of exterior walkways that take advantage of LA’s climate while minimizing the amount of indoor double loaded corridors. A pool with a view and a double story gym complete the amenity package for this project.
